Job summary

Sunnyview House Bupa Care Home in Leeds is recruiting a Registered Nurse for night shifts (8pm–8am) on a 36-hour week contract. You will provide high-standard nursing care, manage the unit with clinical duties, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

You will coach the care team, develop care plans, and deliver compassionate support to residents and their families while maintaining strong communication with the wider healthcare professionals involved.

Qualifications

• RN with a valid NMC pin is required.
• Experience keeping policies and standards at high clinical level.
• Able to provide clinical guidance to care teams and handle CQC tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the team; deliver formal/informal teaching to colleagues.
