Job summary

Bupa is hiring a Registered Nurse for Cottingley Hall in Bradford with 42 hours per week on nights. You will manage the unit with clinical duties, including medication administration, care plan reviews, and team guidance, while ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

Applicants should hold a valid NMC pin and bring experience in care settings, delivering compassionate, person-centred care to residents.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and current registration.
• Experience leading care teams and coordinating night duties.
• Ability to assess, implement and evaluate individual care plans.
• Strong knowledge of policies, standards and CQC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the team with formal and informal teaching.
• Oversee care plans, administer medications, and provide clinical guidance.
• Monitor safety, report clinical issues, and ensure high standards at night.
