Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee a defined area of the home. You will lead the care team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure high standards of personal care while reviewing residents' needs and care plans.

You will maintain accurate documentation, mentor staff, and support training and career development. A Night shift role with competitive benefits and flexible leave is included.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration and entitlement to practice
• Awareness of CQC regulations and health & safety
• Post-registration qualifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Run a defined area of the home with authority to make care decisions
• Coordinate day-to-day running of your care area and provide personal care to residents
• Lead and guide the care team; manage monthly routine medication and supervise delivery
• Be named nurse for individual residents; review needs assessments and care plans
• Mentor the care services team and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
