Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle in Reigate is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate the running of a care area, support residents, and mentor the team in delivering high-quality personal care.

You will be responsible for overseeing routine medications, supporting emergency responses, and maintaining accurate documentation. A named nurse for residents will assess needs and contribute to their care plans with Signature policy reviews.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration is required.
• Awareness of CQC regulations and health & safety basics.
• Post-registration qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Run a defined area of the home and lead the care team.
• Coordinate daily care and supervise staff delivering personal care.
• Manage monthly routine medication and respond to emergencies.
• Develop and review residents’ care plans with bi-monthly reviews.
