Qualifications

• Hold a current and active NMC pin number.
• Experience in a care-setting.
• Strong care planning and clinical skills.
• Good knowledge of National Standards and NMC Codes.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage staff.
• Comfort with using computer or handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Taking temperatures and blood pressures.
• Administering medication and applying dressings.
• Monitoring residents and updating care plans.
• Leading handover information at shift end.
• Communicating with other healthcare professionals.
