Amica Care Trust seeks a Registered Nurse for Night shifts to join our compassionate team. You will care for residents’ physical, psychological, and social needs, while ensuring safe medication administration and high-quality clinical decisions.

You will lead shifts, mentor Health Care Assistants, and contribute to care planning in a supportive environment that values person-centred care and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
• Understanding of DoLs/MCA and related regulatory frameworks.
• Commitment to person-centred care and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Look after physical, psychological and social needs of residents.
• Provide a safe, supportive environment and exercise clinical judgment for complex cases.
• Develop care plans and administer medications safely.
• Lead shifts and support Health Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
