Job summary

Springcare Care Homes Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the UK. You will deliver high-quality nursing care in a residential setting, ensuring residents receive compassionate, person-centred support and care plans are maintained.

Shift patterns include night duties from 8pm to 8am. We offer CPD and revalidation support, pension access, and additional staff benefits to aid career progression and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent care planning and clinical skills.
• Show sensitivity, understanding and a desire to help others.
• Knowledge of National Standards and adherence to the NMC Code of Practice.
• Hold a current and active NMC pin number.
• Experience of leading, motivating and managing staff.
• Previous experience within a care-setting.

Responsibilities

• Taking temperatures and blood pressures.
• Administering medication and applying dressings.
• Monitoring residents, updating and reviewing care plan records.
• Leading handover information to colleagues at the end of a shift.
• Communicating with other healthcare professionals.
