Job summary

Springcare Care Homes Ltd. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home team in the United Kingdom.

You will deliver compassionate nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor health, and contribute to care plans to maintain high standards of care. Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent care planning and clinical skills.
• Show sensitivity, understanding and a desire to help others.
• A good knowledge of National Standards and a commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of practise.
• Hold a current and active NMC pin number.
• Be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or handheld device.
• Have experience of leading, motivating & managing staff.
• Previous experience within a care-setting.

Responsibilities

• Take temperatures and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and apply dressings.
• Monitor residents and update care plan records.
• Lead handover information to colleagues at end of shift.
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals.
