Job summary

Currock Engineering Company Limited is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our Quality Control team on the late/night shift. You will conduct thorough inspections and testing of products to ensure they meet quality standards per AS9100, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with production and engineering to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates will have extensive QC knowledge, GD&T understanding, and hands-on experience with measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers,

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Quality Control techniques.
• Understand engineering drawings with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and testing to verify quality per AS9100.
• Maintain records of inspection results and defects.
• Ensure conformity to quality control standards and safety requirements.
• Identify and document non-conformities and communicate for corrective action.
• Select samples for inspection from production batches.
• Inspect first article, in-process and finished goods using measurement devices.
• Report non-conformances and unsafe conditions to Team Leader.
• Collaborate with production/engineering to improve processes.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections against drawings and GD&T.
• Inspect raw materials for consistency and integrity.
• Assist in 5S and Lean initiatives.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 initiatives.
