Job Description:

The Role: Checking quality requirements for all products manufactured by Deli Lites, ensuring that products are manufactured in line with Product Specifications, Food Safety, Food Legality, and Factory Hygiene Standards. Reporting any NCRs and GMP issues.

As Night Shift Quality Controller, you will uphold the quality, legality, and authenticity of all our values at DELI LITES and give customers the opportunity to achieve their extraordinary results through our passion for people and food. Your Duties:

• Safeguard your own safety and others' while performing duties.
• Support the Deli Lites Quality Team.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene procedures.
• Approve in-process production by verifying specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating adjustments.
• Approve finished products through specifications, testing, and rework confirmation.
• Complete paperwork and records, including weight, temperature, label checks, metal detection, and checkweigher checks.
• Communicate Non-Conformances via Daily Quality Reports.
• Maintain measurement equipment and highlight repair needs.
• Support production in preventing use of sub-standard ingredients and unsafe products.
• Assist NPD and Production teams during trials.
• Report issues affecting food safety, legality, or quality to supervisors.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as instructed by supervisors and managers.
