Job Description:

The Role: Checking quality requirements for all products manufactured by Deli Lites, ensuring that products are manufactured in line with Product Specifications, Food Safety, Food Legality, and Factory Hygiene Standards. Reporting any NCRs and GMP issues.

As Night Shift Quality Controller, you will uphold the quality, legality, and authenticity of all our values at DELI LITES, providing customers the opportunity to achieve their extraordinary results through our passion for people and food. Your Duties

• Safeguard your own safety and that of others while performing duties.
• Support the Deli Lites Quality Team.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene.
• Approve in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating adjustments.
• Approve finished products, conduct tests, and manage re-work processes.
• Complete paperwork and records of checks, including weight, temperature, label, metal detection, and checkweigher checks.
• Report Internal and Supplier Non-Conformances through Daily Quality Reports.
• Maintain measurement equipment and highlight repair needs.
• Support production to prevent the use of sub-standard ingredients and ensure quality and safety.
• Assist NPD and Production teams during trials.
• Report issues affecting food safety, legality, or quality to management.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
