Job Description:

The Role: Checking quality requirements for all products manufactured by Deli Lites, ensuring that products are manufactured in line with Product Specifications, Food Safety, Food Legality, and Factory Hygiene Standards. Reporting any NCRs and GMP issues.

Your Duties:

• Safeguard your own safety and the safety of others while performing your duties.
• Support the Deli Lites Quality Team.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene.
• Approve in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating adjustments to supervisors.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting tests, and managing re-works.
• Complete paperwork and records of checks, including weight, temperature, labels, metal detection, and checkweigher checks.
• Communicate Non-Conformances through Daily Quality Reports.
• Maintain measurement equipment and highlight repair needs.
• Support production and ensure quality ingredients and products leave the site safely.
• Assist NPD and Production during trials.
• Report issues that may compromise food safety, legality, or quality.
• Follow any other reasonable instructions from supervisors or managers.
