Job Description:

The Role: Checking quality requirements for all products manufactured by Deli Lites, ensuring that products are manufactured in line with Product Specifications, Food Safety, Food Legality, and Factory Hygiene Standards. Reporting any NCRs and GMP issues.

As Night Shift Quality Controller, you will uphold the quality, legality, and authenticity of DELI LITES values, giving customers the opportunity to achieve their extraordinary results through our passion for people and food. Your Duties:

• Safeguard your own safety and the safety of others while performing your duties.
• Support the Deli Lites Quality Team.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene.
• Approve in-process production by confirming specifications; conduct visual and measurement tests; communicate adjustments to your supervisor.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications; conduct tests; manage re-work and re-approval processes.
• Complete paperwork and records of checks, including weight, temperature, label, metal detection, and checkweigher checks.
• Communicate internal and supplier non-conformances through Daily Quality Reports.
• Maintain measurement equipment and report repairs as needed.
• Support production to prevent the use of sub-standard ingredients and ensure only safe, high-quality products leave the site.
• Assist the NPD and Production teams during trials.
• Report issues that may compromise food safety, legality, or quality to the relevant managers.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
