Job summary

Apollo Fire Detectors Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor for night shifts in Havant. You will lead Manufacturing teams to maximize productivity while maintaining health, safety and quality standards.

The role involves ensuring adherence to schedules, coaching staff, and driving improvements in performance and containment of costs. You will manage headcount within your area, oversee maintenance and security on night shifts, and report on performance using standard KPI processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Production Leaders, Deputy Production Leaders and Operatives
• Ensure production plan is executed safely, on time and to quality standards
• Monitor KPIs and address performance gaps with daily management
• Maintain effective shift handovers and communication
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery and cost
