Responsibilities

• Lead medium-sized manufacturing teams to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Ensure production plans are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions where needed.
• Promote and maintain high Health & Safety and quality standards.
• Manage production headcount in line with budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure effective shift handovers and communication.
• Coach, develop and hold Production Leaders and Operatives accountable.
• Provide supervision of night-shift operations, including maintenance and security.
