Job summary

You will ensure smooth handovers between shifts, coach staff, and support ongoing improvements across safety, quality, delivery and cost. Night shift uplift is included in the salary package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor on night shifts.
• Experience leading a small to mid-sized team in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical understanding of production, health and safety, quality and delivery requirements.
• Ability to manage people, priorities and operational issues during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small to mid-sized production team.
• Ensure the production plan is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor performance against production targets and KPIs.
• Manage staffing levels, priorities and day-to-day issues across the shift.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the manufacturing area.
• Address production or quality issues and escalate where required.
• Ensure clear communication and effective handovers between shifts.
• Coach team members and hold people accountable for their performance.
• Support continuous improvements across safety, quality, delivery and cost.
