Job summary

The Exchange is seeking a hands-on Late Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations securely and efficiently. You will coordinate people, materials and equipment to maintain a smooth flow from raw materials to finished goods, while driving safety and improvement across the shift.

You will work closely with the Production and Engineering Manager, setting daily priorities, supporting the shop-floor team and pushing productivity, quality, cost and delivery performance in a busy

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading people in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and accurate record keeping.
• Knowledge of health and safety; PPE and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production to meet customer priorities and KPIs.
• Maintain ERP/MRP records and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure materials, labour and equipment are available for start and smooth production.
• Monitor output and downtime; drive cost reductions and efficiency.
• Lead shop-floor staff; address conduct and performance with HR.
• Communicate priorities via daily direction and toolbox talks.
• Support ISO 9001/14001/45001 audits and continuous improvement.
