Proactive Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee the night shift in a food manufacturing environment. You will manage all production activities and supervise staff to ensure adherence to plans, recipes and quality standards.

Coordination with Quality/Technical and Production managers will be essential, along with maintenance liaison and ongoing HACCP compliance. You will also maintain hygiene, safety and traceability records to deliver safe, compliant products.

Formación

• Experience leading a night shift in food manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage production teams and meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Plan resources to meet production plan and recipes.
• Liaise with Quality/Technical Manager and Production Manager on process, product and quality issues.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance and breakdowns of equipment.
• Ensure pasteurisation procedures and HACCP compliance are followed.
• Complete traceability records and participate in internal GMP audits.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
