Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is seeking an Equipment Owner for the Nights shift in Andover. You will operate and supervise production line activities from 22:00 to 06:00, Sunday to Thursday, ensuring output targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, changeovers, and continuous improvement involvement. Ideal candidates have prior production-line experience, strong communication in English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience on a production line with strong safety practice.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
• Clear written and spoken English for health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production duties in line with Shift Management requests.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure quality compliance.
• Troubleshoot line equipment and lead efficient changeovers.
• Minimise waste and maximise line output for targets.
