Ecolab in Llantrisant, Wales is seeking a Production Associate to join our night-shift team. You’ll contribute to resin manufacturing, follow approved procedures and ensure right-first-time batch production while working safely in a pharmaceutical-grade environment.

This role offers a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule, manual handling of materials up to 25 kg, and training on lab equipment. We value reliability, clear communication, and adherence to safety standards to support high-quality products

Qualifications

• Experience working in a production environment.
• Able to manually handle raw materials, products and equipment up to 25 kg.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer competency.
• Access to own transport.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role.

Responsabilités

• Manufacture agarose resin products following ISO9001 and pharma quality standards.
• Follow risk assessments, SOPs and batch records with defined process steps.
• Operate and monitor automated/semi-automated processes and equipment.
• Maintain PPE and site health & safety standards during production.
• Maintain housekeeping, in-process testing, and controlled environment quality.
• Identify and elevate process, safety or quality issues promptly.
• Support shift team with clear communication and handovers.
• Undertake other reasonable tasks as required by Management.
