Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee manufacturing operations at the Llantrisant site, guiding shifts to meet quality and cost objectives. You will drive TPM practices, manage safety and performance, and coordinate with Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory bodies.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient production results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing ensuring quality and operational standards.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Production team at Llantrisant site and manage shifts.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and legislation.
• Implement measures to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility.
• Create a safe working environment for employees.
• Ensure Quality System is followed and products meet specifications.
• Collaborate with internal plant and external contacts to prevent issues.
• Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues.
• Drive performance against shift KPIs.
