Job summary

apetito Limited is seeking staff for the High Risk Kitchen Night Shift in Trowbridge. You will work Sunday to Thursday 22:00 to 06:00, 40 hours per week, on a night shift.

The role offers £14.78 per hour plus bonus and benefits, with a focus on safe, efficient production and attention to paperwork. Ideal candidates are undergoing or have completed NVQ Level 2 in cooking with Level 2 food hygiene and a good level of English.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 in cooking or in training progress.
• Level 2 food hygiene certification.
• Good level of English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Supply Kanban correctly with products from the sanitizer belt and complete the relevant paperwork
• Empty pots and complete the relevant paperwork
• Clean pots between products
• Work on the Stephan and tumbler and capkold
• Ensure paperwork is correct and filled in at all times
• Work CCP temperatures from capkold cook fills
