Job summary

apetito is seeking reliable night-shift personnel for the High Risk Kitchen, Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00, 40 hours per week. The role offers £14.78 per hour plus bonus and benefits, with progression opportunities across the department.

Key duties include feeding Kanban processes, pot washing, maintaining paper trails, and adhering to CCP temperature controls. Applicants should be NVQ level 2 in cooking or equivalent, with Level 2 food hygiene and good English.

• Ensure paperwork is correct and filled in at all times.
• Work CCP temperatures from capkold cook fills.

Overview

The High Risk Kitchen department is keen to promote excellent team work by employing people who have a positive (can do) attitude, who are prepared to learn a number of skills so that they are able to work in various positions within the department. By achieving this, the department is in the best position to produce quality products, in an efficient manner. We aim to not only achieve our targets but improve on them as well.

This position is 40 hours a week, working Sunday - Thursday 22.00 - 06.00 on the Night Shift.

£14.78 per hour + Bonus + Benefits

• Currently undergoing NVQ level 2 in cooking or completed training

This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route as it does not meet the minimumrequirements set out under the UK Immigration Rules.
