The High Risk Kitchen team seeks individuals with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. This night-shift role (Sun-Thu, 22:00–06:00) offers £14.78 per hour plus bonus and benefits, with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Currently working toward or has completed NVQ Level 2 in cooking.
• Level 2 food hygiene is required.
• English language ability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supply Kanban correctly with products from the sanitizer belt and complete the relevant paperwork.
• Empty pots and complete the relevant paperwork.
• Clean pots between products.
• Work on the Stephan and tumbler and capkold.
• Ensure paperwork is correct and filled in at all times.
• Work CCP temperatures from capkold cook fills.
