Job summary

apetito is recruiting for a Night Shift Team Member in our High Risk Kitchen. The role is 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00. Pay is £14.78 per hour plus bonus and benefits, with opportunities to learn multiple skills across the department.

You will join a team committed to quality and efficiency. NVQ Level 2 in cooking or equivalent and Level 2 food hygiene are preferred, with good English required. Training may broaden your tasks.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in cooking or equivalent.
• Level 2 food hygiene.
• Good English.

Responsibilities

• Supply Kanban correctly with products from the sanitizer belt and complete the relevant paperwork.
• Empty pots and complete the relevant paperwork.
• Clean pots between products.
• Work on the Stephan and tumbler and capkold.
• Ensure paperwork is correct and filled in at all times.
• Work CCP temperatures from capkold cook fills.
