Job summary

apetito UK is recruiting for the High Risk Kitchen department to promote excellent teamwork and to learn a number of skills so that staff can work in various positions within the department. The role is 40 hours per week, working Sunday - Thursday 22.00 - 06.00 on the Night Shift, with £14.78 per hour plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently undergoing NVQ level 2 in cooking or completed training
• Level 2 food hygiene
• Good level of English

Responsibilities

• Supply Kanban correctly with products from the sanitizer belt and complete the relevant paperwork
• Empty pots and complete the relevant paperwork
• Clean pots between products
• Work on the Stephan and tumbler and capkold
• Ensure paperwork is correct and filled in at all times
• Work CCP temperatures from capkold cook fills
