Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from the care team.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Coordinate and direct care per plan and optimize resources.
• Evaluate: Reassess and revise the plan based on outcomes and patient/family feedback.
• Professionalism: Maintain ethics, documentation, and licensure compliance.
