Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department at St Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, nights, with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN may be required or progressed within four years.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social and psychological status and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and educate; prepare for follow-up and referrals as needed.
• Implement by directing the care team and allocating resources effectively.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to legal/ethical standards; document accurately.
