Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking an Engineer for our Evesham site on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for diagnosing, fault-finding and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, while performing planned preventative maintenance to ensure optimal plant performance.

Based in Evesham, the role operates Monday to Friday, 3pm–11pm, with a focus on quality workmanship and safe, timely operation. Prior experience in a food environment is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer.
• Electrical bias desirable.
• Relevant industry qualifications.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a food environment is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and fault-find mechanical/electrical breakdowns.
• Performing PPMs and repairs methodically and efficiently to the highest engineering standards.
• Ensure all corrective actions are recorded on the CMM System.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Build first-class relationships with all site functions.
