Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is hiring a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team in Milton Keynes. The role covers mechanical and electrical fault-finding, PPMs, and timely repairs to high engineering standards.

The position offers 3 on, 3 off days (5am-5pm) with a salary up to £50,000 DOE and opportunities to grow within a dynamic, safety-focused food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Qualifications in relevant industry.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a food environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Dynamic, fast-paced agile environment.
• Commitment to safety and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and fault-finding Mechanical/Electrical breakdowns.
• Performing PPMs and repairs to high engineering standards.
• Ensure corrective actions recorded on CMM System.
• Demonstrate attention to detail with strong reporting.
• Build and develop relationships with site functions.
