Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd seeks a Nights Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Leighton Buzzard to support production through electrical and mechanical maintenance across machinery, ensuring uptime and efficiency.

You will respond to breakdowns, perform PPM, fault-find and implement continuous improvement to boost equipment reliability and reduce downtime. The role features a 4 on, 3 off night shift with strong development prospects and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Electrical fault-finding and mechanical fitting experience required.
• Experience with industrial machinery or production equipment.
• BTEC or NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Understanding of health and safety within an engineering environment.
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns and service requests.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Fault-find and diagnose equipment issues.
