A leading global medical technology company in Swindon is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to provide mechanical and electrical support on advanced assembly lines. This role involves working with complex machinery in a cleanroom environment. Key responsibilities include fault repairs, technical support, and preventative maintenance. Candidates should hold a relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering and possess experience with PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and robotics. This position offers a continuous night shift with generous allowances.
Qualifications
Qualified to 17th Edition level or equivalent.
Good knowledge of fault finding and repair in electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience working in cleanrooms and with GMP standards.
Responsibilities
Repairing faults as the first port of call for machine breakdowns.
Providing technical support to achieve production output standards.
Planning and executing pro-active preventative maintenance programs.
