Job summary

Baxter in Oxford seeks a Production Technician for the permanent night shift. You will support cleanroom production, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in line with GMP, with training in first months on afternoon/evening shifts.

Core duties include labeling, equipment setup, prioritising workload, aseptic technique, inventory control, and meeting turnaround times with a focus on quality. Base salary 27k plus 5k night shift allowance, ongoing development.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths required.
• Allergen and GMP awareness is advantageous.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and label products according to specifications.
• Perform equipment checks and set-up activities.
• Prioritise workload to meet production schedules.
• Manufacture products following approved procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and quality standards.
• Control inventory within production areas and isolators.
• Follow SOPs for sanitisation and housekeeping.
• Support environmental monitoring and compliance.
