About Our Client

Looking for an individual with previous retail management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working Night Shift based in Crawley.

Job Description

1. Lead and motivate site teams to ensure operational excellence across all areas, including security, customer satisfaction, team management, fleet compliance, maintenance, and site standards.
2. Oversee the timely completion of operational tasks.
3. Handle customer escalations, both in-person and over the phone, with confidence in CCTV review and customer interaction.
4. Provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure staff compliance with policies, as well as support their growth.
5. Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures, ensuring staff adherence and adequate training. Oversee performance management, including appraisals and disciplinary actions, providing support during challenging conversations.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend improvements. Conduct site inspections, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels. Be hands-on and visible across the site, collaborating with all teams to improve operations.
7. Maintain the ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, all while adhering to company policies, especially health and safety. Flexibility is key, as this role spans various areas of airport parking operations.
