Danish Crown UK is seeking a practical maintenance engineer to join our Bugle facility, delivering hands-on maintenance, diagnostics and fault-finding on packaging and processing equipment during night shifts.

You will carry out planned maintenance and installations when production is paused, ensuring reliability. You will work with Production, Hygiene and Quality teams while following Health & Safety, GMP and HACCP standards.

Formación

• Experience as a mechanical or electrical engineer in FMCG, preferably food manufacturing.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across processing, packaging, automated equipment, drives, motors, sensors and PLC controls.
• Highly organised, self-directed with attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on maintenance, diagnostic support and fault-finding across butchery, curing and sealing equipment to minimise production downtime.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, machinery installations and equipment modifications during non-production hours.
• Work with Production, Hygiene and Quality teams to support line performance while complying with Health & Safety, GMP and HACCP.
• Log maintenance activity in the CMMS system and conduct thorough shift handovers.
