Qualifications

• Proven experience in Warehouse environment.
• Experience managing FIFO/FEFO.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Arolink.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
• Experience in supervising multi-shift operations.
• Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse processes.
• Working knowledge inventory or warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Stock & Operational Control: maintain high accuracy in inbound, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: provide day-to-day direction, allocate tasks, and coach team members.
• Operational Performance & Process Management: monitor throughput and accuracy, drive continuous improvement, maintain safe environment.
