Job summary

Proactive Global is recruiting a Warehouse/Logistics Operations Supervisor to manage the night shift at the Colnbrook site near Heathrow. You will oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring shipments are processed safely, accurately and on time, while leading and supporting teams and driving performance improvements.

The role requires a proactive leader with strong communication, organisational skills and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night-shift warehouse and logistics activities.
• Lead, motivate and manage warehouse teams.
• Allocate labour and monitor productivity, quality and workflow.
• Ensure customer shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Conduct shift briefings, handovers and performance monitoring.
• Maintain health & safety, security and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure compliance with customs, GDPR and Dangerous Goods where applicable.
• Investigate operational issues and customer queries.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
