Qualifications

• 1+ year in a warehouse/industrial setting with commercial vehicle movements and loading.
• 1+ year in MHE centric environments.
• Some supervisory/leadership experience.
• 3+ years in warehouses/production environments desirable.
• Able to perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for the Loading Bay team leader, covering holidays, uniforms, and shift changes.
• Drive productivity by leading an approach aligned with demand; hands-on to cover gaps.
• Lead communications up and down the line for this remit.
• Complete safety observations on warehouse activities.
• Liaise with traffic office on anomalies and poor practice.
• Coordinate with the team constructively and manage SSOW compliance.
• Uphold health and safety standards and reduce damages through proper handling.
