Job summary

Coverage Care Services Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Night Shift Leader to support our senior care team and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care at night. You will lead the night team, assist with personal care, administer medications, and complete night-time paperwork.

Experience in care is essential; NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or Level 2 with progress toward Level 3, is required.

• Experience of caring for others in a care setting is essential.
• Must hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Level 2 and be working towards Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night care team and ensure welfare of residents at night.

Night Shift Leader – 12.25 36.25 x 2 42.87

We are looking for caring, sensitive, compassionate individuals to join our senior care team to support the delivery of a high quality service to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, whilst promoting independence. We provide person centered care which starts with a care plan for every resident. Documented in this are all the daily living activities needs and preferences; therefore your duties will include; ensuring the welfare of the residents at night including the security of the home, leading the care team, undertake personal care, administering medication, and ensuring night paperwork is completed. Experience of caring for others in a care setting is essential. You MUST hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or have completed Level 2 and be working towards Level 3.
