Job summary
Coverage Care Services Ltd is seeking a Day Shift Leader to support residents and promote independence within our senior care team. You will lead the care staff, carry out personal care, and ensure all paperwork and care plans are followed.
Experience in care is essential. You must hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or be on Level 2 and working towards Level 3. We offer training, weekend enhancements, and a two-week rolling rota with alternate weekends.

- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Level 2 working towards Level 3 is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the care team and support delivery of high-quality service.
- Undertake personal care for residents and administer medication as required.
- Ensure welfare and needs align with care plans and complete all paperwork.
