Qualifications

• Experience operating a lathe or CNC lathe in manufacturing/engineering.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail with quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate lathe machinery safely and produce components to spec.
• Load/unload materials and set basic machine controls.
• Change tooling following established procedures.
• Inspect finished parts with verniers/micrometers for compliance.
• Follow drawings, procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report faults promptly.
• Support team to meet production targets and deadlines.
