Job summary

Recruitment Partnership Ireland in Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland, is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer/Setter/Operator for a permanent, full-time position. The role covers programming, setting and operating CNC lathes, with day shifts only and no nights or weekends.

Salary ranges from £32,000 to £38,000 per annum and depends on experience. The company offers an established engineering environment, on-site parking, and opportunity for UK Skilled Worker sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Ideally 10+ years' CNC machining experience.
• Proven programming, setting and operating CNC lathes.
• Strong experience using Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read engineering drawings to finish components.
• Experience with small-batch, high-mix work.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Ideally some pipe welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe from setup through to finished component.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and spec sheets.
• Program, set and run lathes to ensure first-pass quality.
