Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company seeking a Laser/EDM Machine Operator I for the Pendleton, SC site on Night Shift (Mon-Thu, 7:30pm–6am).

The role focuses on operating Laser and EDM equipment, inspecting parts, and maintaining accurate documentation to support quality and production targets. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma and at least 6 months of machine operating experience, with the ability to read and follow work instructions, use measuring tools, and maintain

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of machine operating experience required.
• Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions.
• Proficient with measuring equipment and instruments.
• General knowledge of tool life and GMP practices.
• Use of PPE as required.
• Ability to work independently when necessary.
• Demonstrates housekeeping etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Operate Laser, EDM, and related equipment per work instructions.
• Inspect machined parts to specifications based on AQL.
• Verify inspection tools issued to the job are available and correct.
• Receive and verify work orders and ensure components are correct.
• Notify Supervisor or Lead if equipment is not operating properly.
• Meet required Production and Quality Standards and complete documentation accurately.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Notify Crew Coordinator or Supervisor of safety or production issues.
