Arthrex is hiring a Trainee Operative for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Sheffield site. You will handle high-profile medical devices, stay within a clean, organised environment, and work a two-week rotation pattern totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with good numeracy and literacy.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, sort and check physical condition of returned sterile instruments and consumables.
• By way of scanning, generate replenishment order of used items or pick, pack and ship to external customers.
• Work closely with the customer services team on customer priority list.
• Remove out of date or short shelf-life stock.
• Perform periodic audits on kits to ensure accuracy and condition.
• Ensure you undertake your duties in line with standard operating procedures, work Instructions and inspection criteria.
