Job summary

Williams Racing is seeking a stock controller to keep parts flowing for the build bays. You’ll sit between Operations Planning, the warehouse and production leads, controlling inventory in your department.

This night-shift role (Mon-Thu) ensures parts land on time for complex builds and projects across chassis, suspension, and wings. You’ll need hands-on ERP experience (Dynamics 365 preferred), solid MS Office skills, and BI awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a stock-controlled environment is required.
• Experience with an ERP system (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Good MS Office skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Teamcentre and drawing retrieval is helpful.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem solving when parts are missing.

Responsibilities

• Check your department’s daily work-to list and flag stock or warehouse issues to Operations Planning before delays.
• Plan staged release of work when a full BoM isn’t in stock so production can start on available items.
• Coordinate with material handlers so each pick and tooling is in the right place at the right time.
• Work with other kitting coordinators to line up parts for larger projects.
• Follow tooling BoMs to completion, raise demand for damaged tooling, and keep jig tooling stocked.
• Account for stock on cancelled work orders, including scrapping consumed parts.
• Work with the UIIL specialist to stay compliant for work order audits and finished goods heading to the track.
