Job summary

Rich Products UK is seeking a night‑shift production operative to carry out production duties, assist shift management, and help achieve high quality, low-cost manufacture.

Based on 22:00–06:00 Sunday to Thursday nights, the role offers a salary of £28,076 plus a £1,000 annual shift allowance. You will ensure food safety, quality standards, and efficient line operations while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Must follow procedures and health and safety rules.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-performing teams.
• Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work Sunday to Thursday night shift.

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe manner complying with health and safety legislation.
• Operate production activities and CCPs to meet food safety standards.
• Adhere to quality systems ensuring finished products meet specs.
• Maximise line outputs to deliver plan attainment and efficiency.
• Minimise wastage through efficient practices on the line.
• Ensure line cleaning meets food safety standards and audits.
• Maintain documentation and ERP traceability and safety records.
• Escalate issues to Shift management promptly.
• Collaborate with shift management, engineering and sanitation.
• Progress self-development and seek opportunities to advance.
