Job summary

Top Gear Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable Kitchen Extraction Technician to join our growing team in the West Midlands. You will carry out cleaning, maintenance and inspection of commercial kitchen extraction systems across restaurants, pubs, hotels, care homes and other venues.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided. The role includes night shifts, physical work and opportunities for overtime across the region.

Qualifications

Reliable and punctual requirement.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Practical, hands-on approach.
Physical fitness for manual work.
Ability to work at height when required.
Strong team collaboration.
Willingness to travel across the West Midlands.

Responsibilities

Clean commercial kitchen extraction and grease duct systems.
Clean canopies, filters, fans and ventilation equipment.
Remove grease and contaminants in line with industry standards.
Work safely at height using appropriate access equipment.
Complete inspection reports and job documentation.
Work effectively as part of a two-person team.
