Job summary

Elite Personnel in the West Midlands is seeking a Kitchen Extraction Technician for night shifts to clean and maintain commercial kitchen extraction systems across restaurants, pubs, hotels and care homes. You’ll work mainly at night, travel locally, and operate as part of a small two-person team.

A full UK driving licence is preferred, and you’ll receive full training, company uniform and PPE, specialist equipment, and clear opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working predominantly night shifts.
• Practical and happy working with your hands.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning commercial kitchen extraction and grease-duct systems.
• Deep-cleaning canopies, filters, fans and associated equipment.
• Removing grease, carbon deposits and other contaminants.
• Using specialist cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Carrying out inspections and identifying safety issues.
• Completing job sheets and digital reports.
