We’re currently recruiting for a Kitchen Extraction Technician to join our expanding team in the West Midlands.
This is a practical, active role where you’ll visit commercial premises and ensure kitchen extraction systems are thoroughly cleaned, maintained and inspected. You’ll work primarily during the night, when restaurants and commercial kitchens are closed, and will usually work as part of a small team.
As a Kitchen Extraction Technician, you’ll be responsible for carrying out specialist cleaning and maintenance work across a variety of commercial sites, including restaurants, pubs, hotels, care homes and other businesses.

The majority of our work takes place at night, allowing us to work safely and efficiently while commercial kitchens are closed.
You’ll mainly be working across the West Midlands, with most jobs involving local travel. There may occasionally be longer journeys or overnight stays depending on the requirements of the business.
A full UK driving licence is preferred.
