Jobsworth Recruitment is looking for a Kitchen Extraction Technician to join a growing team across the West Midlands. This temp-to-perm role involves visiting commercial kitchens in a company van to clean and maintain extraction systems, with night work when kitchens are closed.

Full training is provided; a full UK driving licence is essential. The position offers night shifts, 40 hours per week, and the potential to secure a permanent role after a successful probation.

Responsibilities

• Travelling to customer sites in a company van
• Cleaning commercial kitchen extraction systems and grease ductwork
• Cleaning kitchen canopies, filters, fans and associated equipment
• Removing grease and other contaminants from extraction systems
• Working at height where required, using appropriate access equipment
• Using professional cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Completing cleaning and inspection records
• Taking before-and-after photographs of completed work
• Following company procedures and relevant industry standards
• Reporting defects, access problems or safety concerns
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and workmanship
• Representing the company professionally at customer sites
• Keeping company vehicles and equipment clean, safe and well maintained
• Working effectively as part of a two-person team
